Can be worn in three fabulous ways!
1. As a tie on bustle, on it's own over frilly pants or over a longer skirt ( see last pic)
2. As a shrug with ribbons taken under the arms and tied at the back.
3. As a capelet, over the shoulders and tied at the front.
Ties on with a lovely wide black satin ribbon belt.
When worn as a bustle fully closed the waist measures approx 24", so if your waist is 28" there will be a 4" gap across the front and if you have a 30" waist the gap will be 6" wide and so on.
Also looks fab over tight black jeans or a pencil skirt.

Gathered, ruffled black lace with black & white striped fabric give great volume and a bustle like appearance at the back.
A cheeky black satin bow sits on the derriere.
