If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we are happy to offer you a refund on safe return of the garment/s.

All parcels must be returned using a recorded delivery method and should be returned to the following address - Top Floor Suite, 11, Station Road, Horsforth, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS18 5PA, United Kingdom. Please include your full name and address, email and details of the exchange or refund.

If an item is sent unrecorded and is lost in the postal system the Lovechild Boudoir accepts no responsibility and will not be able to issue any refund or exchange.

Unless there is a fault with the item then customers will be liable for all extra postage costs.

All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed and unaltered with the tags still attatched. If an item is deemed to have been worn or altered in any way a refund will be denied.
